We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, for that reason we offer a 30 day money back guarantee from date of purchase for unused, unopened items which are in their original perfume packaging. You may return your item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price plus any applicable sales tax within 30 days of the invoice date less shipping and gift wrapping where applies; or you may exchange your item(s) for different in-stock item(s) available at UltraFragrances.Com; please note the additional shipping fee will be charged to your account. Any unopened orders/products post marked to our Los Angeles, CA warehouse after 30 days of your original order date will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Concerning any applicable refund(s); if you paid with a credit card, the debited amount will be returned to the card number. If you paid by a check or money order, a company check will be sent to you after we have received and inspected the product. We ask that you contact one of our Customer Service Representatives to receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number for the items you wish to return/ exchange at (213) 747-2652 during the following hours: Monday - Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm Pacific Time

Any returns/exchanges that do not have a "RMA (Return Materials Authorization) Number" and are in non-saleable condition will not receive a refund and will be returned back to the original recipient at the recipient's expense. Once a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number is obtained, please securely wrap the item(s), include a packing slip, and a reason for the return so that we can expedite the return processing. Please allow up to two billing cycles from the date of return for credits to appear on your credit card statement.


Hair Tools and Cosmetics Return/Exchange Policy:
  • All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt
  • All items must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging
  • Product warranty (2 years) is available through Hot Tools Professional manufacturer only.
  • Due to sanitary reasons, please be advised that open items of skincare, hair care and cosmetics products are non-returnable unless item(s) is defective.
Restocking Fee
There will be a 25% restocking fee for items returned opened and unused.

Shipping and Handling Charge
Please note that the shipping and handling charge is nonrefundable unless it is our error in shipping. If your purchase was made during our "Shipping Promotions", whereas for orders over a certain designated amount, standard shipping is FREE, and you would like to return/ exchange the merchandise, the shipping charge of $5.99 will not be credited to your account. Any shipping cost you incur returning the product to us will not be refunded.

Damaged Items Received

When your order arrives, we recommend that you inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear; however, if damage occurred to any item(s) in your shipment, please report it to one of our Customer Service Representatives within 24 hours at (213)747-2658. Please supply the Customer Service Representative with your order number from your original order receipt. Please keep all damaged item(s) and related packaging material so you can send the item(s) back to UltraFragrances.Com.

Short or Wrong Items Received
If we short shipped (missed an item) or shipped you the wrong item(s), we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please report this to one of our Customer Service Representatives within 24 hours of receiving your order at (213)747-2658. Please have your original order receipt ready when calling our Customer Service Representative to supply them with your order number.

Please ship back to UltraFragrances.Com using a track-able courier (UPS or USPS Delivery Confirmation). Any packages that have not been received by UltraFragrances.Com and tracking information cannot be provided by the courier, will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Please allow up to 2 weeks to process your return or exchange. Any packages returned to UltraFragrances.Com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable" will be subject to return shipping charges.
