Shipping and Handling Information
All orders within the United States will be shipped from our Los Angeles, CA USA distribution center. Standard shipping is ground service within the United States.
Orders are processed daily during normal business hours:
Monday - Friday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Pacific Time
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00 pm Pacific Time and shipping to your credit card's billing address will ship the same day.
Shipping Procedures
Shipping and handling charge is nonrefundable for the following packages:
Returned Packages; Unclaimed Packages; or Undeliverable Packages.
The only exception is when it is our error in shipping.
UltraFragrances.Com offers FREE Standard Ground shipping on all orders over $75 within the US! (The $75 total is calculated AFTER any promotion or coupon deductions, gift wrap charges & taxes)
International Shipments
UltraFragrances.com ships to more than 100 countries around the world. Our preferred carriers for international shipments are the US Postal Service or DHL. Your package will be delivered by the partnering local Post Office or DHL. Once the package reaches your country it will be processed and handled by the foreign Customs for appropriate clearance.
PLEASE NOTE: Item price or shipping charges do not include taxes or import duties. We will not be responsible for any charges or any matters incurred with Customs. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the package up. Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges. If you decide to refuse any shipments from UltraFragrances.com, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to UltraFragrances.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. UltraFragrances.com has made every effort to minimize the shipping costs and does not profit from these rates. Holiday Returns Policy:
For your convenience, we have extended our 30 Day Returns Policy up to January 30, 2010 for orders placed from November 17 - December 31, 2009.
Store Returns Policy:
Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Item(s) may be returned for a full refund or exchange under these conditions:
- Item must be returned within 30 days of receipt in the same new condition with its original packaging.
- We do not accept returns and/or exchanges on items that have been opened or used unless the product is damaged or defective.
- Open item(s) are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return or damage was the result of our error.
- Returns or Exchanges must include an RMA number. We are unable to accept any packages without an RMA number.
- If the original order is over $75 and was shipped Ground, merchandise returned in full or partial will be assessed a $5.99 shipping charge.

**A charge of $5-$10 will be applied to your account if an address correction/ redirecting of your package is made by our courier.

Shipping Insurance
To insure your highest satisfactions, UltraFragrances.com automatically included FREE shipping insurance to protects your shipments against loss or damage from the time they leave our facility until you receives them.
Insurance Claims:
Purchased product lost, not received, or damaged in transit are to be reported to Ultra Fragrances immediately upon item delivery date. In order to process a claim, customers must go through a Shipping Reference. Customers are required to notify Ultra Fragrances regarding these circumstances immediately. Ultra Fragrances will proceed to provide customers with an affidavit claim form. The form must be filled out, signed, and sent back to Ultra Fragrances via email, fax, or ground shipping. After claims are submitted, approval processes are required to take up to 14 business days. If and when the claim is approved, Ultra Fragrances is then allowed to send a replacement package or refund the customer immediately. Ultra Fragrances is not permitted to submit refunds or exchanges before insurance approvals.
Shipping to a different address
We are able to ship to an address other than your billing address. However, our merchant bank requires special procedures for this type of transaction. The procedure is done strictly to protect consumers and the merchant. Please expect a slight delay if shipping to an address other than your billing address while we verify your information. We apologize for the inconvenient and appreciate your cooperation.
Additional Air Service Information
The air service guarantee does not apply to shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond our courier's control; including but not limited to weather conditions or natural disasters while en route or upon delivery; government imposed security regulations; disruptions with transportation networks that the courier uses (ground or air); delays imposed by custom's authorities; strikes and labor disputes.
